The screensaver “Puffer Fish” was created by RateMyScreensaver.com and contains 17 high resolution images of Puffer Fish. The Tetraodontidae is a family of primarily marine and estuarine fish. The family includes many familiar species which are variously called puffers, balloonfish, blowfish, bubblefish, globefish, swellfish, toadfish, and toadies. They are morphologically similar to the closely related porcupinefish, which have large conspicuous spines (unlike the small, almost sandpaper-like spines of Tetraodontidae). The scientific name, Tetraodontidae, refers to the four large teeth, fused into an upper and lower plate, which are used for crushing the shells of crustaceans and mollusks, their natural prey. - wiki

Puffer fish a native delicacy in Japanese culture. Unfortunately, due to the hard process of removing the poison sack, it is very expensive.
The poison is also used in some African tribes for use in their voodoo traditions, since some puffer fish poison would not kill but induce comma and slow breath rates (hence, people might think he was actually dead). Due to the slow breath rate, the brain is damaged hence amnesia may set in, causing people to think that the person is a zombie.
