C.) You can follow this link if you want to learn more about the “Google Photos Screensaver” before installing.

Find the “Google Updater.exe” file you downloaded to your system (likely on your desktop) and double click it. The Google Updater will now install all the software you included in your bundle.

Step 4 – Configure the “Google Photos Screensaver”

You can configure the “Google Photos Screensaver” through the options available in the screen saver display properties. You can access the screen saver display properties window using one of following two ways:

1.) By going to ‘Programs’ (in Start Button) -> ‘Google Photos Screensaver’ and then click the ‘Configure Google Photos Screensaver’ link.

2.) By going to ‘Settings’ (in Start Button) -> ‘Control Panel’ -> ‘Display’ and then click the ‘Screen Saver’ tab.

Both options will take you to the screen saver display properties window:

Make sure that the screen saver selected is the “Google Photos Screensaver.” To configure the screen saver to display a set of your own pictures select the “Settings” button. This will bring up the following settings:

By default the Google Photos Screensaver is set up to display an impressive set of images imported from a photo feed. However we are interested in displaying our own images so go ahead and de-select the “Photo feeds” option and select the “Specific folders on my computer” option. Once selected you will need to let the screen saver know which folder/s to use that contain the images you want to display. You can do this by selecting the “Configure…” button. After selecting the folder/s containing the images you would like displayed in your screen saver you can sit back and hit the “Preview” button to check out your handy work! Or wait the designated time before the screen saver turns on. Enjoy and have fun!
